Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We are fully compliant with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which governs consumer rights regarding withdrawals, returns, and refunds.

📦 Returns – Unwanted Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (excluding delivery charges), under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date on www.thebestbabycatalog.us.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers must ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our service department. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • For international returns, any customs clearance fees or refusal of delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

❌ Order Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation of your order:

If the order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the product once received under our standard returns process.

📦 Restocking Fee Policy

  • A 15% restocking fee applies for items specially ordered from our suppliers.
  • If the item has not yet shipped and more than 20 business days have passed since the order date, the restocking fee is reduced to 10%.
  • After 40 business days, the restocking fee is reduced to 7%.

🌍 Important for International Orders

  • Once an item has shipped, we cannot recall the package. Customers must accept delivery and then request a return.
  • ❗ Do not refuse delivery — doing so may result in additional return shipping and customs handling fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
