thebestbabycatalog.us is a registered trade name of La Nuova Culla del Bimbo SRL.
We are fully compliant with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which governs the right of withdrawal and returns.
Returns – Unwanted Items
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (excluding delivery charges), under the following conditions.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Customers must ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds will be issued only after the item is received and inspected by our service department. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation of your order, please email us at 📧 info@thebestbabycatalog.us with your full name and order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Restocking Fee Policy
A 15% restocking fee applies for items specially ordered from our suppliers to fulfill your purchase.
If the item has not yet been shipped and more than 20 business days have passed since the order date, the restocking fee is reduced to 10%.
After 40 business days, the fee is further reduced to 7%.
Important for International Orders
Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to recall the package. Customers must accept delivery and then follow our standard returns process.
❗ Do not refuse delivery, as this may incur additional return shipping and customs handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
