If your order arrives damaged, we take full responsibility.

  • We will replace the damaged product or its relevant components free of charge.
  • To process your claim, please email info@thebestbabycatalog.us with photos or a short video showing the damage.

📦 Missing Items

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
  • If an item is missing, please wait at least 2 working days after delivery before contacting us, as the remaining parcels may still be in transit.
  • If after this time the missing items have not arrived, contact us for resolution.

🔒 Warranty

All products purchased at The Best Baby Catalog US include a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
