How to Cancel an Order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Email: Send your cancellation request to info@thebestbabycatalog.us.
  • Include: Your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
  • Response Time: Our support team will respond within 24 hours on business days.

When Cancellations Are Possible

  • Before Shipment:
    • If your order has not yet shipped, it can be canceled and refunded in full.
  • After Shipment:
    • If your order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • Instead, you may return the product once delivered, following our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Special/Custom Orders:
    • Items that are specially ordered may be subject to a restocking fee if canceled.

International Orders

  • Once an item has shipped internationally, it cannot be recalled.
  • Customers must accept delivery and, if necessary, submit a return request afterward.
  • Do not refuse delivery: Refusing a package may result in additional shipping or customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain cancellations (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
