We want every shopping experience to be safe, fair, and transparent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened baby bottles, pacifiers, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected by our service department.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only.
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and clearance fees are non-refundable, except where an item is defective or shipped in error.
  • For international orders, any refused delivery or customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or product variations.
  • Customers must contact us before returning the item to confirm availability.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Restocking Fee Policy

Certain returns and cancellations may be subject to restocking fees:

  • 15% for specially ordered items.
  • 10% if the order has not shipped and more than 20 business days have passed since the order date.
  • 7% if more than 40 business days have passed.
